Tŷ Annie Ltd is a holiday let management business for property owners in Cardigan Bay. It is run by a local family and their friends, and aims to provide a first-class service for guests holidaying in the properties they manage.

THE ROLE

Tŷ Annie Ltd is looking for cleaners to deliver a 5* cleaning service for property owners with holiday let accommodation in Cardigan Bay.

We are a truly local holiday let management business, run by a local family and pride ourselves on supporting owners to provide a first-class experience for guests staying at the properties we manage. We are looking for energetic and driven individuals who have a good eye for detail, and enjoy presenting properties to the highest of standards.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Carry out cleans to a 5* standard using the Tŷ Annie Ltd procedure at holiday lets across Cardigan Bay

• Report damages, take photographs and carry out maintenance checks as required, using the Tŷ Annie Ltd procedure

• Understanding of cleaning to a high standard

• Experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidates

• Geographical knowledge of the area is an advantage

• It is essential that you have the use of your own vehicle and can drive to properties to carry out your work

• Collect welcome pack items

You will be required to carry out cleans on Fridays between the hours of 10am - 3pm. Other days and hours available.

Job Type: Flexible. Temporary and permanent positions available.

Salary: £10.00 per hour rising with experience
